1
Blocks are work surfaces
Blocks give a Lab a specific workflow: messages, personal agent, Feed, roadmap, dataset, projects, experiments, open problems, tools, and other Field or Polymath methods. Available blocks depend on Lab mode.
2
Solo and shared work
- Solo items are visible only to their creator.
- Shared items are visible to Lab members.
- Public visibility is a separate owner setting at block level.
- Moving or sharing an item changes its audience; review the destination first.
3
Unified Feed
- Group shows content relevant to the Lab's Fields.
- Mine focuses on your own pull and saved context.
- Saved lenses are reusable filtering perspectives.
- Community contains work shared by members.
- Refresh requests can have quota and cooldown limits; an active pull continues on the server while the client polls its status.
4
Create a useful lens
- 1Name the outcome rather than a broad topic.
- 2Add terms that distinguish useful results from generic results.
- 3Choose a cadence and balance that matches how quickly the Field changes.
- 4Review results before keeping the lens; delete lenses that repeatedly produce noise.
