1
Two agent contexts
- Personal Agent is private to the current member and can use bounded context from work that member is allowed to see.
- Lab Agent participates in shared Lab Messages after an explicit @lab-agent mention.
- Neither agent should be treated as having completed an external action unless the UI confirms it.
2
Use Lab Messages
- 1Open the Messages block.
- 2Write for the member audience shown by the Lab.
- 3Mention @lab-agent only when a shared answer is wanted.
- 4Keep private notes in a solo surface rather than the shared thread.
3
Unread activity
Web and Mobile use the same server-owned notification cursors. Tab, Lab, and block badges show relevant unread activity. Opening a block advances that block's cursor; Mark all read advances every accessible Lab to the current point without deleting history.
